Resending an Invite to a Vendor User

Here's how to resend an invite to a vendor user:

  1. Go to "Vendors" on the left-hand side menu.
  2. Click on the vendor's name you want to re-invite. 
  3. On the Vendor Details page, click on the "Roles" tab. 
  4. The list of vendor users will appear. 

    On this page, you'll see the various roles that each user has, including Counsel Exchange Access (No/Yes), Counsel Exchange Admin (No/Yes), Additional Counsel Exchange Roles, and Labels. 

  5. Click on the three-dot "Actions" menu and select "Resend Invite" to resend the invite.
