When a client disputes a rate, they will normally attach a comment to indicate the reason for the dispute. Unread comments will show in red numbers on the BillingPoint menu bar and next to the disputed Record. Once a comment is read the number will change to black and disappear from the menu bar.
To view the comment, navigate to the disputed rate by clicking on the timekeeper name.
The vendor is also able to add a comment to the client from this screen.
