We do our utmost to bring you a product that is free from errors, but we know that perfection is unattainable. So, for those rare cases when the user interface receives an error that it can't cope with, we've arranged things so that instead of a blank white screen, you will at least see a message that an error has occurred, with a link to our support portal.
If your active session times out, naturally, you are no longer allowed to perform most actions. Previously, this brought on a somewhat cryptic error message. We will now send you a message (in plain English) stating that your session has expired and you must log in again.
It's now possible to launch Records via an anonymous portal link that automatically launches related Records when they are saved.
