Resetting a Password in Counsel Exchange

Here's how to reset a password in Counsel Exchange:

  1. From the Counsel Exchange login menu, click on "Forgot Password."
  2. The "Forgot Password" screen will appear. 

    Fill out your email and click Send Password Instructions to reset the password, or Cancel to back out.

     

     

  3. Click the password reset link in the email. 

    Make sure to check your junk/spam folder or other folders if you do not see the password reset email in your inbox within a few minutes.

  4. Enter and re-enter your new password, and click "Reset my password."
