Bookmarking Counsel Exchange

You might find it useful to create a browser shortcut or bookmark for easy access to Counsel Exchange.

If you do not know your password, you can reset it using the instructions here.

Internet Explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Navigate to your Counsel Exchange account sign-in page.

3. Right-click on the webpage.

4. Select “Add to Favorites” from the drop-down menu that will appear.

5. In the “Add a Favorite" window.

6. Name your bookmark.

7. Save where you want the bookmark to live in the “Create In” field.

Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge.

2. Navigate to your Counsel Exchange account sign-in page.

3. Select the Add this page to favorites button in the address bar.

4. Rename the favorite (if you want to) and/or choose a different folder to save it in, and then select Done.

Firefox

1. Open Firefox.

2. Navigate to your Counsel Exchange account sign-in page.

3. Select the Star on the address bar.

4. From the menu that drops down, give your favorite a name, then select Done.

Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome.

2. Navigate to your Counsel Exchange account sign-in page.

3. Click the star on the right edge of the address bar. A bookmark will be automatically created.

4. A pop-up box will appear where you can customize the bookmark. You can rename the bookmark and choose which bookmark folder to store it in.

Safari

1. Open Safari.

2. Navigate to your Counsel Exchange account sign-in page.

3. Choose where to add the bookmark, and rename it if you like.

  • Add this page to: Click the pop-up menu and choose a folder. The default is Favorites.
  • Rename the bookmark: Enter a brief name that will help you identify the webpage.
  • Add a description: Enter more details as an optional reminder about the webpage. 

4. Click Add.

You can also add a bookmark in the Smart Search field: Move the pointer over the Smart Search field, click and hold the One-Step Add button that appears at the left end of the field, then choose a bookmarks folder from the list.

After you add the bookmark, you can find it in the sidebar.
