While there are no new feature updates this month for OnitX ELM, our focus is on Unity UX for ELM. Please contact your customer success manager to discuss the Unity UX timeline if you are interested.

• An invoice appeals workflow option will be added, with admin-level activation, matter-level enablement during Assign Vendor to Matter, and settings for appeal deadlines, maximum appeal rounds, and ability to send third-party reviewer emails.

• Vendors with the Unity client will now be able to access the reports menu in Counsel Exchange.
• Vendors will now be able to delete and archive invoices for Unity clients, creating a more consistent experience with existing OnitX ELM invoice management.
• Vendors will now be able to see their LEDES upload history in Counsel Exchange, creating a more consistent experience with existing OnitX ELM invoice visibility.

• Reviewing Spend Agent adjustments will be easier and more transparent. Users can jump from a line-level verification finding directly to the relevant invoice line, see the total number of Spend Agent adjustments, identify where each adjustment came from, and filter adjustments by source such as Spend Agent, user-made, or IVR.

• The Ask Unity chat will now suggest questions based on the page you're viewing. On pages like Accruals, Invoices, Matters, Budgets, and Purchase Orders, you'll see prompts relevant to that area. The Ask Unity home screen offers general suggestions to help you get started anywhere.
• Ask Unity will now recognize the custom labels configured in your environment, so chat uses the same terminology your team sees throughout the system.

• Non-SSO users in ReviewAI will be able to use multi-factor authentication when signing in, with support for authentication apps and SMS one-time codes. MFA will be required for native logins, and users will be guided through enrollment and secure recovery or reconfiguration when needed.
• ReviewAI will implement additional enhancements focused on improving the overall user experience.

• Request forms will be made easier to complete; required fields appear first, optional fields are grouped into a collapsed Additional details section, and the submit controls remain visible while users scroll. Information that requesters are not expected to provide is no longer shown during intake, but legal users can still view and update those fields on the request record.
• Request type selection will be made simpler for contract and privacy work. Instead of choosing from several overlapping request types, users will be able to submit these requests through Contract Assistance or Vendor / Privacy Request and provide the specific agreement or need through fields in the form.

• Users will be able to review RFP results through two new reports: the award report and overview dashboard, which bring vendor scoring, bidding, and pricing into side-by-side comparisons. This will make it easier to evaluate proposals, understand why a vendor was selected, and track savings, participation, and overall RFP performance across matters.

• The new Unity UX will include updated OnitX ELM iframe views that are integrated into the record page and match the new Unity UI.
• The new Unity UX will introduce three new App Widgets to provide a consistent look and feel across the platform while still providing configuration options to meet a specific use case. App widgets display above the forms on record pages.
  • Summary Widget: Provides a high-level overview. You can configure up to two sections, each with its own section title, key fields, and message.
  • Message Widget: A dedicated widget for displaying text with five message type options to convey additional meaning and follow Unity design principles.
  • Quick Link Widget: Streamlines navigation by providing direct links to internal (Unity Apps, OnitX Apps and Suites) or external destinations. The widget dynamically updates its configuration options based on the selected destination and uses standardized Unity button formats.
• The new Unity UX will introduce a new Forms Builder component to provide a consistent look and feel across the platform while still providing configuration options to meet a specific use case. Forms Builder components display on a form.
  • Messagebox Component: A dedicated component for displaying text with five message type options to convey additional meaning and follow Unity design principles.
