Request forms will be made easier to complete; required fields appear first, optional fields are grouped into a collapsed Additional details section, and the submit controls remain visible while users scroll. Information that requesters are not expected to provide is no longer shown during intake, but legal users can still view and update those fields on the request record.
Request type selection will be made simpler for contract and privacy work. Instead of choosing from several overlapping request types, users will be able to submit these requests through Contract Assistance or Vendor / Privacy Request and provide the specific agreement or need through fields in the form.
