The Ask Unity chat will now suggest questions based on the page you're viewing. On pages like Accruals, Invoices, Matters, Budgets, and Purchase Orders, you'll see prompts relevant to that area. The Ask Unity home screen offers general suggestions to help you get started anywhere. Note that any question can still be asked regardless of the page you're on; this update just pre-seeds questions based on your open page.
Ask Unity will now recognize the custom labels configured in your environment, so chat uses the same terminology your team sees throughout the system.
