OnitX CLM & AI Service Updates
Data Extraction via GenAI Prompt (BETA)
OnitX CLM is expanding its AI capabilities to accomodate customers who wish to write their own AI prompts to identify key contract data to be identified and saved into a CLM record whether it is a field or clause. With the ever-growing possibilites of AI, it is vital for OnitX CLM customers to be empowered to identify their own contract elements and capture these from a prompt.
Currently this functionality is considered as a Beta program while key stakeholders evaluate its viability in fast-changing Artificial Intelligence space. Contact your Account Manager for more information on this functionality.
PDF Handling for Contracts in AI Review
While PDFs are the standard for secure, tamper-proof contracts, the are often poor documents for AI models to analyze and identify data accurately. Onit has improved PDF contract handling by converting them to Microsoft Word documents and retaining styling and graphical elements so your contracts are easily processed by AI.
