What's New
This Hot Fix contains two CLM Word Add-in enhancements and one DocuSign integration update.
OnitX CLM Word Add-In Updates
Clause Formating Enhancement
To keep clause formatting and numbering consistent across your templates, you can now select in the CLM Word Add-In which source the styling be inherited from during document generation. This means users will no longer have to recreate clauses for templates due to inconsistent numbering and font styling.
There are three options which can be applied on a clause by clause basis in the add-in. On the Control Panel properties for each clause, there is a new Formatting Options dropdown with selections for:
- Keep Source Formatting - The default behavior which retains the styling (font size, font type) at the time of clause insertion, but it will not match any other numbering or styling in the template
- Use Destination Styles - This option will inherit numbering and styling from any formatting found in the template being drafted for consistency throughout the document
- Keep Different Styles - Finally, this option will retain the original styling present when the clause is inserted so clause text and styling will vary from clause to clause
CLM Word Add-In Condition Builder field sort order
In the Condition Builder dropdown list for fields, the sort order in now alphabetized to ensure fields are easy to locate and insert when building out Liquid condition statements.

DocuSign API Update for Editing and Correcting Envelopes
Recently DocuSign notified customers of an update to the API which enables the URL to the embedded view for the DocuSign user interface, so OnitX CLM has made the corresponding update to ensure the data passed from CLM to DocuSign works seamlessly. More information about the update joint OnitX CLM and DocuSign users need to make can be found here: https://developers.docusign.com/docs/esign-rest-api/reference/envelopes/envelopeviews/createsender/
