Dear Customers,
We are pleased to present our latest release, which will go live on Monday, 11 May. This update has been under continuous development over the past two months, with a strong focus on performance and stability improvements. In addition to resolving numerous bugs, we have significantly improved overall system performance, providing a more reliable and efficient user experience.
As a key new feature, we have introduced a Support Contact functionality: a new button in the top-right corner allows you to quickly access relevant support contact addresses. This feature will be further expanded in upcoming releases, including additional interaction options such as an integrated contact form.
We're also improving the existing blocking feature so Client Users have more control over cost generation and the assignment of law firms and lawyers. The upcoming improvements will extend current capabilities and will be rolled out in the next release.
We are also working on a budget enhancement that will provide improved transparency on a per-matter basis, enabling better tracking of allocated budgets, incurred costs, and remaining amounts.
We hope you enjoy the new features and improvements, and, as always, we look forward to your feedback.
Support Contact Access
A support contact option has been added to the top-right navigation bar, allowing users to quickly access support information directly within the application. By clicking the icon, users can view relevant contact details, including email addresses and phone numbers, without leaving the current page. This makes it easier to reach out for support whenever assistance is needed.
All contact details are interactive: email links open the default mail client with a pre-filled recipient, and the phone number can be used to initiate a call via the default calling application.

Matter Management Improvement
We have introduced a validation to ensure that every matter always has at least one assigned Project Manager.
When creating a new matter, assigning a Project Manager is now mandatory. In addition, it is no longer possible to remove or change the role of the last remaining Project Manager, ensuring that responsibilities and permissions remain clearly defined.
This improvement helps strengthen accountability and prevent situations where matters are left without proper ownership.

Invoice Workflow: Invoice Releaser Selection - User Interface & Wording Improvements
Following the introduction of an additional filter for the invoice releaser selection in a previous release, we have further improved the user interface and wording of this functionality.
The dialog has been redesigned to provide a clearer structure and more intuitive guidance. Labels and terminology have been updated (e.g., “Staff user”), and the layout has been streamlined by repositioning filters and simplifying the selection process.

Removal of Calendar Feature
The calendar feature has been removed from the application because it was no longer in use.
As part of this change, the calendar has also been removed from the main navigation to keep the interface more focused and easier to use. We also reviewed all related data and confirmed that no relevant or required information was affected.

RVG Version Display for Our German Clients
For our German clients working with RVG invoices, the applied RVG version is now displayed directly in the invoice details.
Following the introduction of the RVG 2025 version in a previous release, this enhancement improves transparency by clearly showing which version was used for each invoice.
