This has been one of our most requested enhancements to help users and admins quickly identify who is responsible for the next approval step.

In eB.S, in the bottom-right corner, you can find the Navigator button - your central place for all important updates.
Click on this button, and the following menu is displayed:

Invoice shows users for next invoice workflow step
eBilling.Space now shows you the users who can perform the next invoice workflow step, which is very comfortable. For this, do the following:
- Open menu Financials > Invoices
- Open the '…' options menu:
3. Click on "Approvers." The following modal will open:
4. All users assigned to the respective invoice workflow step are displayed.
5. The users are displayed with their Matter role and their activation status:
Please note: The users displayed in this list depend on the workflow step, so only users assigned to the upcoming workflow step are shown.
