In-App Notifications

Ideal for your busiest users!

In addition to e-mail notifications, EBilling.Space now offers the option to receive notifications within the application.

Displaying InAPP Notifications

The in-app notifications are displayed in the top menu bar as a bell icon. If there are messages, then a ringing bell is displayed as follows:

Clicking on this bell will display a preview window with the latest 5 notifications. It is possible to expand these messages for further information. When you expand a message, it is automatically marked as read.

Clicking on See All in the top right corner will navigate you to the InAPP Notifications page, which displays all notifications as follows:

Here you will see all the messages you have received. The status indicates whether a message has been read:

You can filter the list by this status. A message can be marked as read as follows:

Setting InAPP Notifications

To configure InAPP notifications:

1. Open the Settings > Details menu > Email Settings

2. With the sliding buttons, you can set whether you want to receive notifications only inAPP or by e-mail or both options:

3.   Under the tab name "Email Settings", you have toggles for all types of notifications available to speed up the selection. In addition, these toggles are also available per section.

Matters: New "Staff Role" Filter

The selection of filters on the page for matters has been expanded to include the "Staff Role" filter. To do this, first select one or more colleagues and select their role. By clicking on "Filter," all matters in which these staff users have been assigned the selected role are displayed:

Law firm master data: Country-by-country display of tax fields

Several customers have reported that law firms frequently encounter issues storing the tax number and tax rate in their master data. For this reason, the tax fields are now displayed depending on the selected country. To do this, the user must first select the country, and depending on the chosen country, the appropriate tax fields will be displayed.
