The Matter Suite Template, Spend Suite Template and Invoice AI Report have been enhanced based on customer requests and will be released to all ELM customers on March 9th, 2024.
The Beta version of Vendor Suite Template (Tableau) will also be available to all ELM customers on March 9th, 2024. The purpose of this version is to gather feedback and incorporate it in the upcoming releases. We are committed to delivering the production ready version of the Best Practice - Vendor Suite Template in our Fall 24 Release.

- KPI’s provide a quick snapshot of the vendor metrics along with monthly trends and static monthly % change. Tooltip drill-downs allow the user to navigate to KPI details.
- Vendor comparison based on various key metrics across staff classifications such as Partners, Associates, Of Counsels, and Paralegals. Tooltips allow users to gain more insight into the high, average, and low rates per staff classification aiding in business decisions regarding timekeeper rate approvals.
- Tooltip actions to access exportable grids right up to the line-item level details showcasing the analysis of Matters grouped by Timekeepers. This includes rate comparisons and spend categorizations for selected time frame and lifetime metrics.
- Filter for specific vendors to uncover vendor metrics such as average approved, billed, effective and rack rates along with staff class utilization.
- Rate Trend Analytics dashboard shows the rate trend over the last 5 years at the vendor/staff classification level. Users can hover over on tooltips to view additional details and navigate to the Matters by Timekeeper grid.
- Added a ‘Warnings’ filter to the Invoice AI Savings dashboard.
- Added a button to ‘Extract’ the Line-Item Details along with associated Warnings to the Invoice AI Savings dashboard.
- Added an Invoice Number search to the Invoice AI Savings and Invoice AI Potential Savings dashboard.
- The Beta version of the Vendor Suite Template does not support fiscal year configuration and row-level security. These features will be added in the production ready version of the template.
