New Features
Diversity Dashboard
- Onit has developed a new Diversity Dashboard, which will be deployed on April 24th, 2023, as part of the standard reporting package for all reporting clients.
- To enable this new dashboard within Onit, clients must request Onit support to add this dashboard to the appropriate group within the Onit application.
- The diversity dashboard allows users to run different diversity metrics to calculate spend or hours percentages across all Vendors, Staff Classifications, and Practice Areas.
- The diversity metrics include Ethnicity, Gender, Veteran, Disability, and LGBTQ+ options.
- User(s) can also drill down two levels through a hierarchy chart to visualize Ethnicity – by Vendor, Gender, and Staff Classification.
- User(s) can easily toggle between Hours and Spend using filters.
- User(s) can select multiple years or months to track diversity metrics per the desired time frame.
- By design, this Diversity Dashboard cannot drill down to the timekeeper level through visualizations or export data features.
Matter Suite Template – Power BI
- We are pleased to announce that Power BI users who intend to build their reporting can now utilize Onit’s new Matter Suite Template as a starting point to use and/or customize the template to the user’s specific needs.
- This template provides a user-centered reporting and analytics solution that offers value-driven and intuitive insights to Onit clients, from KPI tracking to single-matter analytics.
- The Matter Suite Template is built with a modernized data feed through Onit’s Data As a Service (DaaS) so clients can efficiently access their data.
- It provides various dimensions to the data set within a single dashboard and is configured to drill down to the next level of detail.
