Here, you'll find out what each user can do on a Legal Service Request (LSR), based on their role and their relationship to the request. 

Use it as a reference when configuring access, troubleshooting "why can't this user edit X?" questions, or training new team members on how LSR controls access.

• Requester has created a request and is unassigned:
  • Requester (Participant / Non-Participant):
    • Can Edit Title/ Description
    • Can Add/Delete Comment
    • Can Add a file and can perform all the actions (Rename/ Download/ Update/ Delete)
    • Can Add only themselves as a participant.
    • Can Delete all the available participants (Except participant with Role Requester)
  • Intake Admin / Legal Ops (Participant / Non-Participant):
    • Can’t Edit attributes
    • Can Add/Delete Comment
    • Can Add a file and can perform all the actions (Rename/ Download/ Update/ Delete)
    • Can Add/Delete participants (Cannot delete the participant with Role Requester)
  • Legal Analyst / Attorney (Participant / Non-Participant):
    • Can’t Edit attributes
    • Can Add/Delete Comment
    • Can Add a file and can perform all the actions (Rename/ Download/ Update/ Delete)
    • Can Add only themselves as a participant.
    • Can Delete any of the available participants (Except participant with Role Requester)
  • Legal Manager:
    • Participant: 
      • Can Edit all the available attributes
      • Can Add/Delete Comment
      • Can Add a file and can perform all the actions (Rename/ Download/ Update/ Delete)
      • Can Add/Delete participants (Cannot delete the participant with Role Requester)
    • Non-Participant:
      • Can’t Edit attributes
      • Can Add/Delete Comment
      • Can Add a file and can perform all the actions (Rename/ Download/ Update/ Delete)
      • Can Add/Delete participants (Cannot delete the participant with Role Requester)
