The Home Screen

Getting ready to review a contract? Get started by opening the Precedent ReviewAI Add-in from the Words Home menu

You should now be at the Home Screen.

You will be presented with 2 options. You can:

Create a Blank Checklist - To start working straight away, taking notes without any AI or Playbook assistance. Things you can do include:

  • Taking notes using Groups and Issues
  • Adding people mentions to collaborate with others
  • Taking advantage of the Definitions and Highlights
  • Taking advantage of the Clause Library

Use one of your AI-assisted Checklists:

  • Get pre-filled notes and issues based on your Playbook.
  • Use AI to automatically Alert, Pre-Check, and even Redline.
  • Get access to your Playbook's fallback positions based on an Issue and quickly replace or insert your language.
