The add-in can fail to load if you do not allow it past your firewall. These are the exceptions you need to make:
https://eu-author.app -> ReviewAI platform for Eu
https://api.author.app/ -> APIs ReviewAI for Eu
https://api-review.eu-author.mccarthyfinch.com -> old service api for extract used
https://precedent.eu-authordocs.app -> url for ReviewAI addin in eu
