Note: The initial release of this change in February 2026 had the SSO login button below password fields on the login page. This is being updated in the March 2026 release so that the SSO button is above the password fields. Images below will reference the updated March 2026 design.
For the Q1 2026 Onit release (February 2026), you'll see a minor UX update for the Onit Login pages.
If your environment is password-only, you'll transition from this login:
to the new login:
If your environment is SSO only and you have a single IDP, then you will briefly see this main login page before being redirected to your SSO provider.
If your environment has multiple IDPs set up, you'll see this revamped IDP selection page:
If your environment is set up for an SSO and Password login, then the main login page will transition from this login:
to this new login:
Note that the password login fields are now automatically displayed. There is no change to login functionality, and any bookmarked URLs will continue to work.
SSO users can also skip this page by bookmarking their SSO login page.
The format of this url is:
https://[subdomain].onit.com/sso/[sso_slug]
"sso_slug" is a customized value. While it is usually "default", you can find your exact value in Admin > Security in the IDP section:
NOTE: Button texts and logos can be customized, so screenshots may not exactly match what is in your environment. The update will not change any custom button texts or custom logos.
