Use the Calendar to see and add in important upcoming events for matters.
Click Add to add a matter to the calendar.
You'll have to fill out the:
- Matter
- Subject
- Type (use the check box to select Task or not); if Task is selected, the Start Time and End Time will not appear
- The All Day option (check box)
- Start Date and Time (only Start Date if All Day is selected)
- End Date and Time (only Start Time if All Day is selected)
- Description
- Visibility (internal or external)
Click Save to save the change or Cancel to back out.
The main details screen will show you the Matters name, Time period, Subject (click the link to edit this calendar entry), Type, and an Options screen (edit, copy, delete).
If you click Edit, this screen will appear. You can adjust the:
- Subject
- Type (use the check box to select Task or not); if Task is selected, the Start Time and End Time will not appear
- The All Day option (check box)
- Start Date and Time (only Start Date if All Day is selected)
- End Date and Time (only Start Time if All Day is selected)
- Description
- Visibility (internal or external)
Click Save to save the change or Cancel to back out.
If you click Copy event, you can duplicate the event and pick out the details to copy/change.
If you click Delete, you will get this message. Click No, do not delete or Yes, delete.
