How to Create Mirrored Fields

Mirrored Fields allow you to easily cascade data from a Parent Record to a Child Record. Designed to be easy to setup, Mirrored Fields allow you to keep data in sync across apps with less work.Mirrored Fields are a new type of calculated fields in Forms Builder which always have their value set by the parent record. Within the child app, the Mirrored Field will always be read only when it is used on a form as the value is never intended to deviate from the value of the parent record.

Second Mover form is now enforcing the required flag. Formlets now dynamically hide/show in View Mode as they do on Launch. Issue with BelongsTo Fields incorrectly showing a display value has been resolved. When using Transaction Navigation, the load time when navigating to the next record has been improved and the records are no longer prematurely being added to the Recent Atoms list.

Resolved an issue where authenticated launch forms used in other systems were showing submission errors to users even though data was successfully submitted. Attachments are correctly removed from the Launch Form when a record is created with the Create Related Transaction.

How to Configure Document Management Lite

Document Management Lite is designed to provide a document management experience within Onit for clients with simple file management requirements. For more high end use cases, the recommended approach is to partner with 3rd party vendors such as iManage or NetDocs. The goals of this feature is to make it: Easy to configure so it only requires a few hours for new setups. Secure so the access to documents  are restricted to those who have access to the main record. Build upon existing configuration so clients already using the Documents App can easily upgrade. Simple so users can easily understand and use the document management component.

The Matter Suite Template, Spend Suite Template and Invoice AI Report have been enhanced based on customer requests and will be released to all ELM customers on March 9th, 2024. The Beta version of Vendor Suite Template (Tableau) will also be available to all ELM customers on March 9th, 2024. The purpose of this version is to gather feedback and incorporate it in the upcoming releases. We are committed to delivering the production ready version of the Best Practice - Vendor Suite Template in our Fall 24 Release.
