Filters empower users to analyze the data on Vendor Suite based on business requirements.

• Multi-select options for Year, Quarter, Month facilitate focused exploration of specific time frames.
• Clicking on "Show more filters" broadens the data selection range.
• The "Metric Calculation Date" dropdown allows users to set the tracking date for metrics, choosing from the Invoice Tracking Date, Approval Date, or Paid Date. The Invoice Tracking Date can be configured in Billing Point as the Invoice Date, Billing Start Date, or Billing End Date.
• Utilize the "Vendor Search" feature and filters to swiftly retrieve metrics for vendors of interest.

KPIs provide a quick snapshot of crucial vendor metrics.

• Monthly trends enable the user to track patterns and make informed decisions.  
• Monthly % Change compares the current month against the prior month and is not impacted because of the filters (e.g., If we are in Feb 24, Monthly % Change for Spend will compare the spend for Feb 24 vs Jan 24).  
• Tooltip drill-down feature from KPIs allows one to dive deep into specific details, either to the Matters by Timekeeper grid or the Invoices Grid that shows errors/warning messages.

Vendors can be sorted based on different values in the Select Metric, such as Spend, Hours, number of Timekeepers, and Average Rate.  
Average Rate = Total Fee/Total Hours (excludes Fixed Fee)  

• View and compare the distribution of Staff Classifications (Partners, Associates, Paralegals, Of Counsel, and Others) within and across vendors based on the selected metric.  
• Navigate to the underlying Matters by Timekeeper grid through a simple tooltip clickthrough.  
• Navigate to the single Vendor Analytics dashboard for a detailed analysis of individual vendors through a simple tooltip clickthrough.

Shows the overall distribution of staff classifications across vendors based on Spend, Hours, or Average Rate.

• Use the donut chart and color legends to filter the Vendor Suite for a staff interest classification.

Allows in-depth analysis of TK Spend, TK Hours, and staff class distributions for different dimensions such as Vendor, Matter, Business Unit, Area of Law, and Matter Type.

• Tooltips show Spend % and Hours % as well as High, Avg and Low Rates for each staff classification.  
• Tooltips enable navigating to the Matters by Timekeeper grid, which shows the underlying timekeepers and the matters they have worked on.

The default Timekeepers view shows all the timekeepers sorted based on TK Spend or TK Hours, depending on the metric selected in the "Select Metric" dropdown.

• Tooltips show timekeeper details such as TK Spend, Staff Classification, Rack Rate, current Approved Rate, Avg Billed Rate, and Avg Effective Rate.
• Tooltips enable users to navigate to the "Matters by Timekeeper" grid, which shows matter-level details for the matters that the timekeepers have worked on.
• Group By chart can filter the Timekeepers chart and vice versa.

Click the Matters by Timekeeper button at the bottom of the dashboard to navigate to the Matters by Timekeeper grid, which can be filtered by different dimensions.

• This filtered version of this grid is accessible through the tooltips on KPIs and charts.  
• This grid shows all the Matters grouped by Timekeepers with Spend in the selected Year/Quarter/Month along with timekeeper and matter metrics.  
• Clicking on the + icon next to the Timekeeper shows each timekeeper's metrics at the matter level. Clicking on the hyperlinked Matter # opens the Matter in Onit.  
• Matters by Timekeeper grid and Matters by Timekeeper Line-Item grid can be exported using the Export Grid feature

Click the Vendor Metrics button at the bottom of the dashboard to navigate to the Vendor Metrics Grid, which can be filtered for specific vendors.

• Uncover the utilization of Partners, Associates, Paralegals, and Of Counsels for each vendor based on TK Hours.  
• Compare Avg Rates for staff classifications across vendors based on the rate selected in the Rate Type dropdown.  
• Clicking on the + icon next to the Vendor column header displays the same metrics at the Matter level.  
• Use the tooltips to view granular insights, such as the distribution of spending and hours at the staff classification level for all vendors.

Click on the Vendor Comparison button at the bottom of the dashboard to navigate to the Vendor Comparison dashboard, which compares vendors based on metrics such as Spend, Hours, Avg. Rates, number of Matters Billed, Errors %, Warnings %, and more.

• The Avg Rate for each Vendor can be compared with the Avg displayed in the Overall Metric to understand if the Vendor Rate is Good/Fair/Poor compared to the Overall Metric Avg Rate. Vendor Rate is categorized as 'Good' if it is 5% or more below the Avg of comparative vendors. Vendor Rate is categorized as 'Fair' if it is 5% above or below the Avg of comparative vendors. Vendor Rate is categorized as 'Poor' if it is 5% or above the average of comparative vendors.

Navigate to the "Rate Trend Analytics" dashboard by clicking "View Rate Trend Analytics." This dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of rate trends categorized by vendor/staff classification over the past five years.

• Choose a specific rate type (Approved/Billed/Blended/ Effective/Rack) from the Select Metric dropdown to analyze the trend for that particular rate.  
• Select a chart type (Bubble chart/Line chart) to analyze the rate trend.  
• Utilize tooltips to access additional spend details and seamlessly navigate to the underlying Matters by Timekeeper grid for in-depth analysis. 
• Sort vendors based on spend/hours using the Sort Vendors by dropdown.
• Adjust the size of data points based on spend/hours by using the Size Datapoint by dropdown for a more customized analysis.

Click on "View Vendor Analytics" on the tooltips of "Vendor Comparison by" and "Group by" charts to view detailed analysis of individual vendors.

• KPIs provide a quick snapshot of crucial vendor metrics and a 12-month rolling line chart enables users to analyze Spend or Hours over Time for the top 5 or 10 values within the selected dimension.  
• The group-by chart analyzes TK Spend and TK Hours and provides insights about Average Rates for different dimensions. The tooltips can navigate to the underlying "Matters by Timekeeper" Grid.  
• The "Group by" chart can be used to filter the Task Codes/Timekeepers displayed in the "View by" chart and vice versa.
• The "View by" Task Codes chart tooltips can be leveraged to drill down to Line-Item details.  
• Aggregation buttons show Invoice Phases and Spend amounts associated with each phase. Users can click on Spend amounts and drill down to Invoice and Line-Item details.
