Enhancements
  • Users can define maximum approved rates by timekeeper classification for specific offices and areas of law or matter types. Rates that match the applicable card are approved automatically, and exceptions are flagged for review, so users can approve, adjust, or dispute them. Users can also schedule recurring rate card requests to vendors, track when cards were last requested and received, and send one-off requests as needed. For more information, see our Timekeeper Rate Review Rules and Timekeeper Settings user guide.

  • Users can manage vendor portal user roles from within Unity ELM, giving them more control over vendor access and role assignments for Counsel Exchange vendors.
  • Users can work in Unity ELM in their preferred language, with organization-level defaults and user-level overrides.
  • Users can adjust invoice line items in bulk from the invoice details page instead of updating each line one at a time. Users can apply percentage-based changes to totals, rates, or units, or set totals or rates to a specific value. They can preview the results before saving, and completed changes are recorded in the invoice activity log.
  • Users can now view invoice reviewers and their review order directly on the invoice, without opening the Reviewers tab. This makes it easier to confirm who is involved in the review process with fewer clicks.

  • Timekeeper rejection reasons now show on the History tab.

  • Users can now add email addresses to the timekeeper approval notice.

  • A timekeeper's country now matches their office's country.
