1. New Feature - Hold Reissue   
   • Ability to reissue a hold on ad hoc basis or set a schedule for reissue  
   • Allows a company to automatically require their custodians to re-acknowledge a hold which has lasted longer than a set period of time, typically one year.  
2.  New Feature - Hold Notice Changes Review  
   • When changes are made to the hold notice, those changes can be viewed in the hold changes tab. Users can see changes made to the hold notice language and compare differences between the previous content and current content.    
3.  New Feature - Preview Custodians Tab   
   • After the user has selected the custodians, the user can easily review, edit, and remove custodians from the preview custodians’ tab prior to adding them to the Hold and sending out notices.  

• Simplification of Excel Import option when importing custodians from a list  
• Enhanced User experience that provides users with live feedback on the status of each process in the custodian creation  
• Interactive hold guide and visual indicators to guide users through the whole process of creating custodians  
• Reduction of the number of required clicks to create a legal hold by 40% 
• Ability to add more custodians to a hold notice at any time in the custodian creation process until the notices are sent out  

• Optimized the custodian release process for a faster and efficient experience  
• Added visual indicators to inform users of the status of the release process  

• Enhanced the process of hold revision by making it easier to add additional custodians, modify the hold notice, and send notices

• Reduced configuration complexity to decrease legal hold creation time by over 50%

As part our release, we also noticed a few bugs that have been logged in our backlog and will be prioritized based on priority for future sprints. 

The following bugs were noticed 

1. The option to send ‘Hold reminder’ and ‘Suspend notifications’ are still available when custodians are released. 
2. When holds are reopened, phase does not change and still remain in closed state even after a user clicks the reopen button. 
3. Some missing custodian data in the Legal hold report. 
4. When a template is rejected by an approver it moves to ‘Active’ state still. 
5. When a hold is revised, custodians who have been removed from the Preview Custodian tab are still notified.
