  • Resolved inconsistent timekeeper rate columns coming from BillingPoint
  • Styling updates to the savings reports

Product Enhancements

  • Update the character limit for data sent to the warehouse

The default character limit for fields being used in reporting has increased from 80 characters to 255 characters. The default limit only applies to fields that do not have a pre-defined limit set from within Onit. If there is a limit set in Onit, then that limit will be accepted as well.

Action Required?

No action is required other than to check the character limits that are currently set within Onit. Also, within Onit, the “Datawarehouse” button must be selected for the field to be included in the reporting data warehouse.

  • Update hours field on timekeeper reports

The reports listed below will now display hours with two decimal places instead of rounding up to whole numbers (ex. 4.50). This is to match what is displayed within Onit and should provide more accurate reporting when analyzing hours within the Standard Reporting suites

  • Resolved inconsistent timekeeper rate columns coming from BillingPoint

The TK Pending rate is now derived from the client timekeeper rates based on the last updated rate whose state is "pending", "pending_approval", "resubmit" or "unapprove". This was required to handle the scenarios where BillingPoint does not update the pending rate (pending_rate) field on client timekeepers. We now use the bp_tk_derived_pending_rate field that derives the pending rate from the client timekeeper rates.

The TK Rates (tk_default_rate, tk_approve_rate, tk_pending_rate and bp_tk_derived_pending_rate) have the corresponding base rate in client's currency (tk_default_rate_base, tk_approve_rate_base, tk_pending_rate_base and bp_tk_derived_pending_rate_base).

Action Required?

No action is required.

  • Styling updates to the savings reports

The “Savings Dashboard” on the Savings Suites now displays one graph instead of three different ones making the reporting easier to interact with.

All other savings reports now use a color scheme that allows all individuals to see the colors within the reports.

Action Required?

No action is required.
