AI Document Chat

ContractWorks' AI Document Chat allows users to quickly gather information about specific stored contracts via natural-language prompts and a conversational flow. This includes AI-generated contract summaries, extraction of specific data points, and brief explanations of clauses and provisions. 

Support Chat Assistant

The Support Chat Assistant helps answer your ContractWorks “how-to” questions in all supported languages. The assistant is continually learning and helping with self-service; try it first whenever support is needed. If the assistant doesn’t know the answer, it can help you open a support ticket using the information from your conversation. Look for the blue “Get Help” icon at the bottom right side of any screen.
