Auto-Apply Tag Templates to Folders

We are introducing a more streamlined way to apply and manage tags by allowing users to associate templates with predefined sets of tags to specific folders in the document repository so that they are automatically applied to uploaded documents. This is useful for high-volume workflows with data extraction requirements that are specific to document types or unique business needs.

When creating one or multiple folders, users can assign specific tag templates (optional) from the dropdown menu.

Tag templates can also be applied to existing folders by using the Change Template option from the Actions menu. For additional information about auto-application of templates for folders, click here.

NOTE: Any AI-applied templates display an icon next to the template name on the folders list for reference.

Issues Resolved

  • Instituted improved performance for approvals (now 4x faster).
  • Added an index to tags on a document, enabling 10x faster loading for the tag library.

To maximize security and prevent unauthorized access, we made the following updates to expiration rules for E-Sign packet links:

  • Packet links expire 24 hours after the email is sent.
  • If a signer visits an expired link, a new link is automatically emailed to the signer (valid for 24 hours).
  • A new link is only sent automatically if the user visits an expired link and there is no existing valid link.
  • After 180 days, the expiration of the packet is no longer automatically extended; if the packet needs to be accessed after the 180 days, an engineering request is now required.
  • Finalized packets are no longer accessible after 30 days.

Issues Resolved

  • Fixed bulk packet issue by adding a validation for bulk packets that are too large to send.
