When you open AutomateNDA, you will be greeted with the home screen. Here you will see the actions you can perform, as well as your Requests.

 

  1. Request Legal Help: Here, you can request help from the legal department on various issues.
  2. Review an NDA: Here, you can have a Non-Disclosure Agreement checked by the AI
  3. Draft an NDA: Here, you have an NDA automatically drafted with the help of a guided template.
  4. File an NDA: Here, you can upload an executed NDA to file in the company records.
  5. My Service Requests: Here, you will see the status of your Legal Service Requests
  6. My Contract Requests: Here, you will see your contracts sent for review and the contracts you have had drafted.
