CLM Approver Metrics
To provide Contract Administrators with quick insights on average time for contract approvals, the Cycle Time Dashboard includes two new Tableau report widgets: Average Time to Approve by Approver (bar chart) and Longest Pending Approvals by Approver (tree graph chart). Administrators can click on the arrow in the top-right corner of the widgets to open a list view of the associated contracts and further drill down into the details.
Enhanced & Precise Generative AI Redlining for ReviewAI
To further expand AI capabilities for effective contract reviews, ReviewAI users can now choose to trigger add, replace, and delete actions for redlining rules based on natural language prompts. This allows for greater AI-powered modifications originating at contract intake without disrupting the overall document structure while simplifying how users set up their redlining conditions. Additionally, redlines can be more targeted and precise to make phrase- and word-level redlines rather than full paragraph replacements to your contract's text.
Based on the selected playbook, ReviewAI users can then review the redlining automatically applied to the document.
Checklist Search for Word Add-In
To improve the overall user experience of choosing a checklist from the Word Add-In for standard and AI reviews, we added a search bar that filters as users type to help them quickly find and select the correct checklist.
