OnitX CLM & ReviewAI Smart Mapping
ReviewAI Smart Mapping is a new generative AI method for extracting contract data via AI prompts for storage on a CLM record. With this release, ReviewAI Smart Mapping is now generally available to all ReviewAI users.
Customers are now empowered to write their own AI prompts for extracting text fields and clauses as structured data in their contract records. This allows OnitX CLM customers to identify their own contract elements and capture these from a prompt. Whether NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, or anything in between, ReviewAI now fits your organization's unique terminology and clause structures.
Users simply write generative AI prompts in their playbooks, and when that prompt is evaluated, it sends back data to CLM to populate an identified field or is extracted as clause record on the contract.
The results appear on the Checklist in the OnitX CLM Word Add-In for visibility on what playbook items were present or need remediation so that legal professionals are able to quickly draft contracts augmented by ReviewAI.
Issues Resolved
- Null values were causing Store Executed Contract AI workflows to fail.
- Approval Stamp workflow will display an error in certain scenarios.
- Phase change issues in the manual signature process.
- Blank table columns will be created if "Apply" button for Add/Remove fields is clicked more than one time.
- Sporadically the version number will be wrong from a repaper project.
- Timestamp on contracts created via Catalyst will show a creation time of 00:00:00 UTC but be adjusted for the each user's timezone.
- Sporadically the Cancel Signature Transaction button for DocuSign envelopes is not voiding some transactions.
- Changing the name of a condition in the new Condition Library can introduce issues in reusability, so we recommend not changing a name at this time; this will be addressed in a future OnitX CLM release.
