New Features
Ask Unity
Ask Unity is an AI-powered data exploration tool designed to revolutionize how legal operations teams interact with their legal data. Unlike traditional dashboards or static reports, Ask Unity lets users ask questions in plain English and receive intelligent, data-driven responses in real time. The tool supports a variety of use cases, from quick ad hoc queries to more complex financial analysis. Available in Beta; General release date in March
Spend Agent
Onit's Spend Agent reviews invoices submitted by vendors against natural-language billing guidelines uploaded by Onit clients for each vendor. It instantly reviews invoices, providing detailed AI summaries to clients within Unity, enabling them to make highly informed decisions on approving or disputing invoices, or allowing the user to choose whether the AI automatically approves or disputes invoices as they come in.
Enhancements
Invoices Design Update
The invoice details page is updated to more quickly surface relevant information and actions for reviewers. This includes displaying the approve/reject buttons at the top of the details page, showing relevant attribute/amount information at a glance, and separating line items and other relevant data into tabs for better usability.
Assigning Invoice Reviewers & Followers on Records
The following records include a new Reviewers tab to separate the modal for assigning and managing reviewers and followers (also known as subscribers): Matters, Vendors, Legal Entities, and Practice Areas.
Manage Columns & Filters
The following list pages have a new Manage Filters button so that users can hide/reorder default filtering options: Matters, Invoices, Vendors, Budgets, Tasks, and Timekeepers. In addition, all list pages have the option to hide/reorder default columns (i.e., + Add Columns button at the far right of the table view).
