Onit's Legal Holds Custodian Dashboard within Legal Holds allows custodians to get a quick, snapshot look at their legal hold obligations.

Using the Legal Holds Custodian Dashboard
1. When Custodians log into their Custodian Dashboard, the Dashboard will display three default settings: a Legal Holds by Status chart, the Pending My Acknowledgment box, and a Custodian Portal that lists all their holds.
2. The Legal Holds by Status chart breaks down, by status, the percentages of legal holds the custodian is on in a pie-chart form. Custodians can click into any one of the status percentages to view those specific holds.
3. The Pending My Acknowledgement box gives a snapshot of all the custodians holds that still need acknowledgement. Click on View Details to view those specific holds.
4. Finally, the Custodian Portal goes into further detail about the custodian’s active holds and provides several other action items. Here, you can:
- See the Hold Name
- See the Phase
- See the Last Hold Notice Sent Date
- Review the notice under Hold Notification
- Acknowledge or Review the Survey Response
- See if the hold is Currently Escalated to Manager
- See the Last Escalation Date
