Upload an executed NDA contract here.
First Page (Create Contract):
- Contract Name: Fill in the name of the Contract.
- Executed Contract: Select if the contract has been executed; choose Yes or No.
- Contract Type: Select NDA if it has not already been chosen for you.
- Paper Type: Select First-Party or Third-Party Paper.
- NDA Type: Select One Way or Mutual.
- Contract Description/Purpose: Add any relevant details about the contract.
Second Page (Add Other Parties):
- Other Party: The company of the other party. You can choose an existing party or create a new one.
- Other Party Contact: This is the other party's contact; you can create a new contact if necessary.
Third Page (Add Attachments):
- Attachment: Here, you will attach the contracts that need to be reviewed. You will notice an "Additional Attachment" button if you have more than one to review.
After that, click Submit Contract Request to finish the process.
