Request Legal Help

To request legal help, one of the first things to do is log a legal service request. This allows you to contact your legal team for several reasons. 

You will need to fill out the Legal Services Request form. Fields include:

  • Name: Put your name.
  • I need help with: Pick from numerous legal topics to ask for help with.
  • Needed by: Select when you need the request finished by.
  • Details: Include any relevant details you want to leave with the request.
  • Attachment: Attach anything you need to show them.

After completing everything, click Submit, and your request will be logged.
