Admin users can now manage request type availability in LSR Settings through a new Request Type Configuration section. Disabled request types are removed from chat and form intake while remaining available for historical reporting and filtering, and existing requests are not changed.
Unity LSR now supports rules-based routing by request type so new legal service requests can be directed automatically to the appropriate user, group, or queue. Routing is applied when requests are created through chat or forms, and notifications can be sent through the existing notification framework.
The Request Agent experience has been streamlined to reduce unnecessary prompts and rely more on inferred information from user input. It now supports auto-generated titles and descriptions, simplified request submission, prefilled forms for more complex requests, and a review-focused validation experience.
Unity LSR now includes a role-based access control and permissions model for more granular management of requests, data, and administrative capabilities. This provides more structured control over who can access and manage different parts of the system.
Unity LSR now includes a new Claims request type for structured intake of claims and incident-related requests. It supports guided submission through both forms and the Request Agent while using the existing LSR framework for intake, triage, routing, and dashboards.
