Here's a quick guide to the different timekeeper rate request statuses.
Viewing Timekeeper Rate Request Statuses
To view the different timekeeper rate request statuses, go to the Timekeepers section of the top menu.
Click Manage Client Rates to view all timekeepers' rates.
- Those with a number in the Client Approved Rate column are Approved by the client.
- Those with just a number in the Client Pending Rate column are in a Pending (yet to be approved by the client) status.
- Those with a Client Pending Rate and a red "Disputed" note in the Client Pending Rate column are in the Disputed status.
You can also click on the Pending/Disputed Rates link to see just the pending and disputed rates. You can see their status under the State column.
You can click into any link under the Name column to go directly to that timekeeper's profile. There, you can Edit Timekeeper or Edit Rate as necessary to resolve the dispute; any comments from the client will be in the Notes section. You can also click Add Comment to Client to add a note to the client.
Click Resubmit to resubmit to the client or Void to void the rate.
NOTE: There should be a brief Sending status after you submit/resubmit a rate. If your rate remains stuck in this Sending status, contact the Onit team for support.
