NOTE: To view existing timekeepers, you must be in the Master Settings view within BillingPoint. Learn more about how to get to this view here.
You'll see the list of existing timekeepers on the main page of the Master Settings screen. Within this page, you'll be able to Archive or Delete these timekeepers (click on the Active, Archived, and Deleted buttons to view a filtered list of those timekeepers). The page will show important information (Timekeeper ID, Timekeeper Name, Staff Classification, Rack Rate).
Use the check boxes to the left of each timekeeper to select individual timekeepers (or the check box in the top row to select all) for archiving or deletion; you can click Download to download information for the selected timekeepers. Use the search bar to search for individual timekeepers.
You can also click on the New or Upload screen to add timekeepers. Click here to learn more about that process. Click on Edit to edit timekeeper information.
