Viewing an Existing Timekeeper's Rate

NOTE: To view an existing timekeeper rate, you must be in the Standard Client Settings view within BillingPoint. Learn more about how to get to this view here

To see the timekeeper rates, click on the Timekeepers menu and then on Manage Client Rates. 

 

On that screen, you'll see a full list of Account Timekeepers with their pertinent information. The screen will show you their Client Approved Rate and Client Pending Rate, along with Timekeeper ID, Timekeeper Name, Staff Classification and Comments.

Click on the Active or Archived links to toggle between these two classifications. Use the white check box to select individual files for Download or to Archive, or use the top white box to select all timekeepers.

Use the New Client Rate (learn more on that here) button to create a new client rate. You can also use the Upload button to upload rates in bulk, or the Download button to download pending and approved timekeeper rates in an Excel file. Use the Search Timekeepers box to search for different timekeepers.

Click on Manage Rates to edit a timekeeper's rates and other important information, add in notes, and view the timekeeper rate history.
