Note that vendors cannot change their name themselves.
To ensure consistency and prevent downstream issues, the name change must be coordinated and performed by the Onit support team to update all dependent systems simultaneously.
To change your vendor name, use the Contact Support button in the upper-right-hand corner of BillingPoint or use the Onit Support Assistant chatbot.
