Configuration Required – May Require Services

What's New

  • After rejecting an invoice, emailing a custom PDF, and NOT adding a comment, text on the PDF now displays “No comment added on Invoice Rejection.”
  • eBilling Vendors can now submit “manual” invoices if the Vendor Assignment to Matter (VATM) is set up for manual billing.
  • Added “Fields to Watch” to all Transaction Updated Business Rules, where possible.
  • Improvements to “Transaction Created Business Rules” in the Matter application.
  • Reordered Business Rules in the Vendor Accrual Request (VAR) to ensure accurate calculations in the Department Accrual Process (DAP).

Resolved Issues

  • Net Fees (after Adjustments and Discounts) and Net Expenses (after Adjustments and Discounts) fields in the invoice app now have a proper currency component.
  • Timekeeper rate rejection comment now displays in email notification for the disputed rate.
  • Vendor Accrual Processes (VAPs) now get created correctly when multiple cadences are set and triggered on the same day.
  • Vendors now get notifications for partially paid invoices.
  • Changed Matter Tab 4 (Summary tab) name to stop errors when converting the matter app to formsbuilder.
  • App Builder “keep alives” are now implemented so SSO timeouts do not occur.
Available on Release

Resolved Issues

  • Invoice New View timekeepers tertiary tab now shows the complete list of all timekeepers associated with the invoice.
  • Pages now remain on the desired part of the screen (instead of automatically scrolling to the top) when users click on the “copy attachment” name or open a drop-down menu.
  • Effective Rate is now considered (instead of base rate) while adjusting line items; this removes validation warnings sent in error when discounts were involved.
  • When downloading invoice attachments, ZIP files now receive an appropriate file name when they contain Japanese characters.
  • Matter updates on a matter record now save properly on the first attempt.
