Added multi-select checkboxes to allow repeated data across rows in one group on the PDF invoice upload data review/completion page.
Task Code Phase Limit (TCPL) tab is now the default load on TCPL Billing Authorization Requests (BARs).
Speed improvements for bulk TCPL uploads.
API users no longer need to accept the Terms of Service (TOS).
Added government invoice number field (for European vendors) to invoice PDF.
Loading "spinner" issue in JS files is now resolved.
Removed dependency on file store for the Rails cache; resolved issues relating to tenant switching due to file system permissions.
Transactions no longer get stuck in an idle state while recalculating subscriptions.
Bulk Matter-Level Timekeeper (MLTK) upload now works based on settings on the fee arrangement if the timekeeper needs a client-approved rate.
The client tax code now displays when hovering over a mapped tax code on a vendor account invoice.
The recovery option for archived accrual processes is now working properly.
Users can now effectively recover deleted draft invoices that contain decimal places and line-item tax.
