For Clients
Filter Blocked Staff Users
With the last release, we introduced Global Blocking for staff users, allowing users who no longer work with eB.S to be excluded from selection to Matters or RFPs.
Over time, this can result in many blocked users, leading to long lists and tables. To address this, we have added a new filter on the Matter settings and Staff pages.

Further Improvements
1. Wizard Report extension: In the Invoices section, we have added anew field called Invoice Source which shows if an invoice was added to EB.S by manual creation (manual by your team or law firms) or by import (LEDES file import).
2. For customers with ERP integrations like SAP invoice transfer: There's a new alert on the Dashboard reading X failed E-Mail forwardings:
3. Smart Invoice Converter: The line items sections Fee and Expenses now show the additional column called Gross total next to net and tax total columns.
For Law Firms
Deletion of Invoice Releases or Deletes Line Items
When a Law Firm deletes an invoice, the confirmation pop-up prompts the user to choose whether the invoiced line items should be released and reset to Submit status or deleted together with the invoice.
The following message is shown:
Timekeepers Import User Experience Enhancements
When law firms upload their timekeepers via an Excel sheet, they now receive a successful upload message and can no longer accidentally upload timekeepers multiple times due to repeated clicks on the import button.
The green panel at the top confirms the successful import, and the 'Import' button at the bottom is disabled.
