Catalyst+CLM Combined Add-in - Catalyst Not Showing in the Add-In

After the combined add-in is installed and setup, you could run into an issue where Catalyst is not showing up at all or is greyed out. You will need the help of an appbuilder to fix it.

TROUBLESHOOTING

  • If ReviewAI is not being shown in the add-in
    • check to see if the "precedent_integration corp1" setting is set to True
      • Marlena Hill can check this, but she cannot update it
      • Brian Weiss can update, Sushil may be able to; Girish Chaudhari, Hemant Patel, and David Easterby can also update
    • Check if the key-value setting is enabled/disabled on an app-by-app basis (check with Marlena Hill.)
    • Make sure SSO is set up between CLM and ReviewAI. An ACE developer will need to check this.
