After the combined add-in is installed and set up, you could run into an issue where the Checklists do not show up and are just loading. A few things could be happening, and an app builder or a developer on the ACE side will need to take a look.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If Catalyst is in the add-in but doesn't load:
- Make sure the user has an ID in both CLM and ReviewAI and has joined the ReviewAI org (this can be done on your part, with the internal tool - here)
- You need a VPN to connect to the internal admin tool.
- Ensure there is a Word add-in user group in CLM, and the user is added to the group
- Ensure the org is mapped in the dynamodb on the AI side
