Subject: Catalyst AI Contract Review Implementation Working Group

I am writing to thank you for agreeing to be part of the Catalyst Contract Review implementation working group. Your expertise will be invaluable for a successful implementation of this new tool to streamline our contract review process.
The purpose of this working group is to ensure that our implementation of Catalyst Contract Review meets the needs of our organization. We will work closely with Onit to integrate the tool into our existing contract review process, and your input will be critical to this effort.
Onit estimates about 6 weeks to implement a review, called a Checklist, for each contract type. Depending on your role in the working group, this could include: Catalyst Contract Review training, installing the Word Add-in, gathering necessary information to provide to Onit, working with Onit to create the Review Checklist, and testing and providing feedback. At most, this should take 2-3 hours per week. Additional details will be provided to you soon, based on your role in the project.
We understand that this requires additional work on your part, and we appreciate your willingness to help. We believe that Catalyst Contract Review will ultimately help our contract reviews be more efficient and effective, and we are excited about the benefits that it will bring to our work.
