Subject: Catalyst Contract Review is Now Live!

Dear [All],

I am thrilled to announce that our AI Catalyst Contract Review is now live and available for use! This powerful tool will assist your contract review process, making your work more efficient and accurate to improve the quality of our contracts.

To get started with Catalyst Contract Review, simply open your [Document Type(s)] Contract in Word and ensure the [ReviewAI/Contract Review] add-in is open. Select the Checklist you wish to use, and the tool will analyze the Contract using AI, identifying potential risks and providing valuable recommendations for improvement.

For those utilizing the CLM workflow, the process is just as seamless. Create a new Record in CLM, and when selecting [list parameters that match your workflow conditions, i.e., an NDA and third party], CLM will automatically send your contract to Catalyst, applying the appropriate Checklist. From there, the magic of AI will take over.

In the coming days, you can expect an invitation to Catalyst Contract Review training session. Please plan to attend - the session will be critical to empower you to make the most out of the software. If you cannot attend, please let [someone] know so they can send you the recording and other materials.
